This low-ABV spritz recipe was whipped up by our friends over at California Grown. Fresh lemon juice makes an enlivening combination with the herbaceousness of Vya Extra Dry Vermouth. Light, lemony and fabulously fragrant, we’re adding the California 75 to our list of low-ABV favorites.
2 oz. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
1 oz. fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
Sparkling wine
1. Add Vya Extra Dry, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. Shake to mix, then strain into a flute.
3. Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a lemon twist.
