We had to try this Negroni riff from Eric Gigers because – tequila. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth mellows the bitterness of Campari while elevating its flavorful pairing with blanco tequila.
When life hands you lemons, make a Django Reinhardt. This low ABV cocktail from bartender Erick Castro celebrates pioneering Romani jazz guitarist Jean “Django” Reinhardt (1910 – 1953). Django is celebrated in the jazz world for developing an entirely new style of guitar that influenced generations, in spite of severe burn injuries that paralyzed his left ring and fifth fingers.
A trailblazing spirit in the cocktail world, Vya Extra Dry Vermouth’s fresh herbaceous profile amplifies the brightness of lemon juice while soothing its sour side a touch, like two dance partners jiving in harmony to Django’s jazz. Fresh, upbeat and lively, nothing about this low-ABV cocktail and aperitif is a downer.
