Enjoy the flavors of fall in one deliciously fizzy concoction! Lemon, apple and baking spices come together in this low-ABV vermouth cocktail with a balance of sweet, spice and everything nice.
2 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. unfiltered apple juice (freshly pressed preferred)
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Club soda, chilled
Garnish: lemon zest
1. Add brown sugar to a rocks glass.
2. Pour lemon juice over the brown sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour in Vya Sweet Vermouth and apple juice. Fill with ice.
4. Stir gently then top with club soda. Garnish with lemon peel. Serve.
