This customized Martinez cocktail recipe was created specially for Vya Vermouth by Brett Johnson of @tipplepics. Here’s what Brett shared about his Madera County Martinez:
The Martinez is about as classic as a cocktail can be. The first recorded recipe dates back to 1884! This legendary cocktail shines light on the versatility and foundation that vermouth provides in cocktails. To that end, I’ve selected both sweet and extra dry vermouth from Vya, a Madera, California based producer that has cracked the code on making some of the finest vermouth available today.
This tipple is best enjoyed with an assortment of appetizers in the company of friends. Cheers!
