1.5 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
4 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: grapefruit peel
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir then strain into a cocktail glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
