We had to try this Negroni riff from Eric Gigers because – tequila. Vya Extra Dry Vermouth mellows the bitterness of Campari while elevating its flavorful pairing with blanco tequila.
This recipe comes from Vya super fan and content creator Molly Baker-Harris. Here’s what Molly had to say about the Vermouth Swizzle:
“Vermouth has become one of my favorite spirits to use in cocktails! It is usually sort of a background ingredient but this cocktail shows that it is also worthy of the spotlight! The extra richness and spice work so well in this drink. If you like a nice mug of mulled wine in the winter, consider this to be the summertime version! The red fruit, orange and cinnamon were a cool holiday in a glass! It was comforting and refreshing.”
2 oz Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Vya Extra Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz Velvet Falernum
0.5 oz lime juice
0.25 oz cinnamon syrup
3 dashes Orange Bitters
