This riff on the Manhattan cocktail combines the unusual artichoke flavor of Cynar with the delicious baking spices of Vya Sweet Vermouth.

Sometimes you simply want a cocktail stripped to the bare bones; flavor without frills, exuding the essence and complexity of the spirit itself. Nothing more, nothing less.

The extra richness and spice work so well in this drink. If you like a nice mug of mulled wine in the winter, consider this to be the summertime version!

Vya Sweet Vermouth and rye whiskey make the perfect playground for allowing absinthe’s anise flavoring to dance across the palate.

Dry and woodsy, this amontillado sherry cocktail pairs well with salty, savory appetizers and makes an excellent aperitif.

Quady Starboard Batch 88 port-style wine settles nicely with bourbon and Vya Sweet Vermouth in this hearty Midnight Manhattan recipe.
