We wondered if it was possible to make a Perfect Manhattan a little more … perfect. In celebration of our 50th anniversary, we incorporated our flagship wine – Essensia Orange Muscat – into this special recipe.

In celebration of our 50th anniversary, we incorporated our flagship wine – Essensia Orange Muscat – into this special recipe. With notes of spiced orange marmalade, apricot and honeysuckle, it’s the perfect addition to the harmonious combination of whiskey and Vya Vermouths in The Perfectionist.
Ingredients:
2 oz. bourbon
1 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
1 oz. Vya Whisper Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz. Essensia Orange Muscat or desired orange liqueur
3 dashes whiskey barrel-aged bitters
Garnish: orange peel
Preparation:
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir then strain into a cocktail glass over a large ice cube.
3. Garnish with an orange peel.
