Ingredients:
Sweet & Savory
2 oz. gin
2 oz. soju
1 oz. Vya Sweet Vermouth
0.5 oz. lime juice
1 tbsp. kimchi brine
Garnish: crushed red pepper flakes, kimchi
Light & Dry
2 oz. vodka
2 oz. soju
1 oz. Vya Whisper Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz. lime juice
1 tbsp. kimchi brine
Garnish: crushed red pepper flakes, kimchi
Preparation:
1. Rim a cocktail glass with lime and crushed red pepper flakes.
2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
3. Strain into prepared cocktail glass.
4. Enjoy!
